What founding status includes
Founding employer is a recognised partner status for companies that post real roles, share feedback, and help shape a better way to find and hire people. When the programme closes, we stop granting new titles. Existing founding employers keep theirs.

Why places are limited
This is not a paid badge. We select a small group of employers who will hire actively and help shape the product. Once the programme closes, applications stop — so the title stays meaningful for those who already hold it.
After you apply, our team reviews your interest and grants founding status where there is a good fit. Creating an employer account alone does not make you a founding employer.
